Store it for historical and/or statistical purposes. 9. Respond to my requests, complaints and/or claims, as well as requirements from authorities in the exercise of their functions. I declare that: (i) I authorize my personal information to be shared with third-party providers located inside or outside of Colombia contracted to process my data for the same purposes already mentioned; (ii) In the event that sensitive data is found on my resume, or these are requested and/or collected during the selection process to which I am linked, these being my fingerprint, image, results of medical examinations and other tests carried out by Clesus, I am aware of the optional nature of its delivery and I expressly authorize its processing by the entity to execute the aforementioned purposes; (iii) I know that my resume and other documents and/or information resulting from the selection process will be maintained by the entity for the time that is internally considered necessary for control and historical purposes, as well as for future vacancies, and that ( iv) if they do not comply with the required profile, after the established term, they will be eliminated in accordance with internal policies and methods.
